Pre-Sales engineer & (Odoo) Developer
Role description
Are you both analytically strong and a great communicator? At XQTING, we are looking for a versatile professional who can combine pre-sales support with (Odoo) development and implementation. You will play a key role in understanding client needs, translating them into solutions, and supporting the full lifecycle from initial contact to delivery.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Support the sales team during pre-sales activities: analyse client needs, prepare demos, proof-of-concepts, and proposals.
- Conduct functional and technical analysis of business processes for new clients.
- Advise clients on Odoo functionalities and integrations with other systems.
- Design and develop tailormade software
- Implement and customise Odoo modules.
- Work on complex integrations between our solutions, Odoo and third-party applications.
- Document solutions and provide training to end-users during implementations.
Profile
- Strong communication skills; able to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and structured way.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Odoo development, implementation, and/or integrations
- is a plus
- Knowledge of Python and/or web technologies (JavaScript, XML, APIs) is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of backend programming and/or frontend development is a plus.
- Proactive, independent, and quality-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working in both client-facing and technical environments.
