Odoo Implementation Consultant
Role description
As an Odoo Implementation Consultant, you will play a key role throughout the entire project lifecycle - from presales to delivery. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into efficient Odoo implementations.
You are the trusted advisor for our clients and the driver of successful digital transformation projects.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Collaborate with prospects and clients during the presales phase to understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions
- Analyze and document business processes across different industries
- Design and implement Odoo solutions that align with client requirements
- Lead and manage projects from kick-off to delivery
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Coordinate with a team of Python developers when custom development is required
- Ensure successful adoption of the system through guidance and support
Profile
- Excellent communication skills—you can clearly explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong understanding of how businesses operate (processes, workflows, challenges)
- A great listener who can uncover real client needs
- Highly analytical and solution-oriented
- Able to translate business processes into structured system implementations
- Quality-oriented mindset
- Comfortable taking ownership and leading projects independently
Nice to have
- Experience with Odoo (functional or technical)
- Basic knowledge of Python (not required, but a plus)
- Experience in ERP implementations or business consulting
Work location and travel
This role involves regular travel to client sites for meetings, workshops, and analysis. However, it is not a full-time on-site position. A significant part of the work is carried out from our office in Sint-Denijs-Westrem, with a balanced mix of remote, office-based, and client-facing activities.
