Software Engineer/ Project Manager


Are you a motivated software developer with experience in project management? Do you fancy leading complex projects and working on innovative solutions within a dynamic team? Then we are looking for you!

Function

At XQTING, we work on a project basis. As a Software Engineer / Project Manager at XQTING, you will be responsible for both technical development and the successful management of projects. You play a key role in translating customer requirements into concrete solutions and monitor the entire process, from planning to delivery.


Tasks and responsabilities

  • Develop, implement and test high-quality software solutions.
  • Leading technical teams in the execution of software projects.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets and quality.
  • Ensure clear communication between stakeholders, including customers and internal teams.
  • Identify risks and ensure timely escalation if required.
  • Advise on technical architectures and project strategy.

Profile

  • You have at least six years of experience as a software developer and have successfully managed several projects.
  • You have a strong knowledge of backend programming languages (e.g. C#, C++, Java...) and/or frontend development (e.g. javascript, HTML, CSS...) and some frameworks (e.g. Angular, VueJS, bootstrap, ...).
  • You have excellent problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.
  • You have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You have strong communication skills, both in Dutch and English.
  • You have a proactive work attitude and the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • You understand how software (architecture) works, both cloud and/or on-premise.
