K-BusinessCom, a system integrator providing network and service solutions to customers, opted for digital transformation. The challenge of becoming a strong solution- and customer-oriented firm in the market brought Ralf Arweiler, Managing Director of K-BusinessCom Germany, in contact with XQTING.

Two years ago, K-BusinessCom was searching for a reliable partner to fill their need for an application that would enhance their business. Their partners introduced them to XQTING. It was the beginning of a long and pleasant partnership!

Innovaphone was already a key component of K-BusinessCom's white label cloud solution, and from this technology the requested application was also developed. "Using the app, developed by XQTING, we were able to bring in new projects that otherwise would not have been within our capabilities," Ralf explains.

It is most likely that the next step in the collaboration with XQTING will be the creation of a new, integrated web shop. But it won't end there. "With partners like XQTING, we want to continue working together in the future to keep on developing market-oriented solutions."
