    Jan started as a software engineer at Komatsu Europe and Lernout & Hauspie. In 1994 he moved to Voxtron (today Enghouse Interactive – analysis, implementation and integration of contact center software) where he grew from project manager to managing director. Jan is co-founder of Customer Contact Forum.

    Wim also worked at Enghouse Interactive as software development manager. He was head of software development at Aucxis (business automation) en is co-founder of Splitvice (project management software).
